Junior Accounts Administrator – 6 Month Contract

Join One of Dublin’s Leading Property Companies

Founded in 2008, Owen Reilly is an award-winning independent property company specialising in the sale, letting, management and acquisition of prime residential property across Dublin.

We are seeking an organised, numerically minded and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and an interest in developing experience in accounts and finance. Previous accounts experience is not essential, as training and support will be provided.

You will work closely within our finance department, providing day-to-day administrative support across the Finance function while gaining practical experience in property-related accounts.

Key Responsibilities

General accounts administration, data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
Processing and recording landlord, client, OMC, supplier and contractor invoices.
Recording and allocating receipts and payments to the appropriate accounts.
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.
Preparing basic landlord, client and owner statements, invoices and receipts.
Updating finance trackers, spreadsheets, internal systems and CRM.
Assisting with daily banking administration and bank reconciliations.
Responding to routine accounts queries from clients, landlords, owners and internal teams.
Liaising with Property Managers and other departments regarding invoices, payments, arrears and account queries.
Providing general administrative support to the Finance team.

What We’re Looking For

Strong numerical and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, reliable and willing to learn.
Comfortable working as part of a busy team.
An interest in developing experience in accounts, finance or property.
Previous office, administration or customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Experience with accounting or property management systems such as Klyant or Xero would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
