Full job description

Writech are an internationally recognised leader in Fire Protection Systems. We are internationally approved to Design, Manufacture, Install, Service & Commission to all standards & have Award Winning expertise in Fire Sprinkler Protection, Foam enhanced Fire Protection, Gas Protection, Firewater Mist Protection, Insert Gas Protection & Special Hazard Fire Protection.

THE ROLE: The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across all aspects of the Human Resources function, assisting with the day-to-day delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the HR team, the successful candidate will gain exposure to all areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding, administration, employee engagement, and employee records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad HR career within a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum 1 year's administration experience (HR experience desirable).
Excellent organisational and administration skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn all aspects of the HR function.

Desirable Criteria: ·

Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
Previous HR administration experience.
Experience working within construction, engineering or manufacturing.
Exposure to recruitment activities and onboarding processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across all areas of the HR function.
Support recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters and other HR correspondence.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with administration, including timesheets, attendance, vehicle tracking and employee changes when required.
Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, templates and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Build positive working relationships with employees and managers across the business.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
