Our clients come to us — groups planning stag and hen parties reach out directly through our website. Your job is to take those warm leads and convert them into confirmed bookings through enthusiastic, consultative phone-based selling.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Is eager to grow a career in sales and open to mentorship and development
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with people over the phone
- Enjoys problem-solving and finding the right experience for every group
- Is highly competitive, target-driven, and motivated to exceed expectations
- Values commitment and consistently follows through with clients and teammates
- Brings positive energy, enthusiasm, and a fun personality to a fast-moving team environment
- Has a genuine interest in events, social gatherings, and entertainment
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Can reliably commute to our Mullingar office Monday to Friday (own transport or public transport both fine)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Converting warm inbound enquiries into confirmed stag and hen party bookings
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation
- Building relationships with clients to ensure an outstanding experience from first call to event day
- Tailoring packages to match each group's preferences, budget, and occasion
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
- Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve the client experience
