This role is a mix of warehouse (75%) and van driving (25%) approx
Key activities:
- Loading and unloading of freight vehicles
- Receiving goods on system & placing them into stock in a timely manner
- Picking and packing of orders
- Preparing orders for dispatch, including building pallets.
- Deliveries to customer premises/site
- Provide assistance to Counter Sales Staff when necessary
- Stocktaking and regular cycle counting
- Housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Ensuring the Warehouse is complaint with H&S standards
Skills and experience required:
- A positive attitude, willing to work with the existing team
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A passion to learn and develop new skills
- Forklift license, safe pass or manual handling certs an advantage.
- A Full Clean Drivers Licence (Essential)
