Golf Tours Sales Executive | Luxury Travel Sales
At GoEuroGolf, we deliver premium golf travel experiences across Europe's most iconic destinations. We're growing our Mullingar-based sales team and looking for driven, ambitious people who want to build a real career in luxury travel sales.
This is not a cold-calling role. Our clients come to us — golfers, corporate groups, and travel enthusiasts who reach out through our website with genuine interest. Your job is to take those warm leads from our CRM and convert them into confirmed bookings through confident, consultative phone-based selling.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Is eager to grow a career in sales and open to mentorship and development
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Has a strong mindset for working through challenges and finding solutions
- Is highly competitive and driven to exceed targets

- Has a genuine interest in golf, travel, or luxury experiences — a strong advantage but not essential
- Is fully fluent in English, both written and spoken — this is an essential requirement for the role
- Can reliably commute to our Mullingar office Monday to Friday (own transport or public transport both fine)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Converting warm inbound leads from our CRM into confirmed golf tour bookings
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation
- Building long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Tailoring golf tour packages to match each client's preferences and budget
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Staying current on Ireland's top golf courses, destinations, and industry trends
