Project Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support projects across all stages of the event-management lifecycle, ensuring the seamless planning and delivery of national and international conferences and meetings. This position reports to the General Manager and offers strong potential for career advancement as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct venue research, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations.

· Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and events, ensuring all client requirements are met.

· Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, project tracking, and scheduling.

· Support event delivery through on-site attendance when required (domestic and international).

· Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, working effectively under time pressure.

Candidate Requirements:

· Ideally minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality, events, or related sector.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of professionalism.

· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

· A proactive, dependable team player with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Role Details

· Full-time position based in Shannon, Co. Clare (Monday-Friday).

· Some National and International travel may be required on occasion.

· Salary commensurate with experience. (Circa €34k, negotiable)
