PA / Office Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organised PA / Office Administrator to join our busy construction company.
Full-time position | Immediate start
Key responsibilities:
- General office administration
- Provide day-to-day admin and PA support to the Construction Directors
- Manage diaries, emails, calls, and appointments
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Organise travel and accommodation when required
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and company documentation
- Assist with document control and project administration
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
