Due to continued and significant business growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Head Office team in Limerick. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting both clinical and management teams. Hybrid working (remote/office) is available for the successful candidate after initial training and induction.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide day-to-day administrative support to clinical and management teams

Coordinate schedules, including appointment booking, calendar management, and meeting room coordination

Input and validate data within IT systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Assist with expense tracking, record maintenance, and processing small internal orders

Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and hospital contacts

Support senior staff with diary management and travel arrangements as required

Assist with onboarding administration and basic compliance checks for new hires

Support the organisation of internal events, including meetings, training sessions, and staff initiatives
Ideal Candidate-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong skills with MS office suite including Excel

Comfortable using IT systems and administrative tools (experience preferred)
