Operations Manager

Location: Dublin or surrounding areas

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

At Ground Control, we're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our growing Grounds Maintenance operation across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, team development and business growth. You'll lead Contract Managers and Supervisors across Ireland, helping shape the future of a business that has achieved significant year-on-year growth.

What you'll do:

Lead operational delivery across ROI and NI.
Develop and support Contract Managers and Supervisors.
Drive contract performance, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Lead health, safety and compliance across the region.
Support workforce planning and subcontractor performance.
Review operational and financial performance to improve profitability.
Help mobilise new contracts and support future growth.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and additional revenue.

What we're looking for:

Experience leading multi-site operations within Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Environmental Services, Facilities Management or a similar environment.
Strong leadership experience managing managers and operational teams.
A proven track record of delivering operational and commercial performance.
Experience managing subcontractor delivery models.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness, including budgets, forecasting and profitability.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
