About The Role

Crafting Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Receptionist at The Maritime Hotel, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for their visit with your professional and friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities: Making an Impact

Warmly greet all guests, managing efficient check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
Act as a central point of contact, expertly handling incoming calls and relaying messages with precision and professionalism.
Maintain accurate guest accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are processed diligently.
Proactively assist guests with enquiries, providing local recommendations and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

About You: Your Skills and Attributes

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a natural ability to connect with people.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong IT proficiency.
A professional, friendly, and genuinely guest-focused demeanour.
A true passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
