Run the hotel. Lead the team. Own the guest experience. We’re looking for a bold, hands-on Hotel Manager to drive performance, raise standards, and make Point A Hotel- The Liberties, the place guests love to stay and people love to work.

What We Are Looking For

At least 3 years’ experience in a hotel management role
A strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and unforgettable guest experiences
A kind, honest, and caring approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting the wider community
Commercial awareness, strong financial acumen, and the ability to maximise business potential while maintaining effective cost control
A sound understanding of Health, Safety and Fire procedures
Experience developing teams through structured training, robust development plans, and regular performance reviews
The ability to build strong working relationships and support colleagues across the wider team
Excellent attention to detail
A positive attitude, high energy, and a proactive approach
The ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure

Additional Requirements

- Right to work in Ireland
- Ability to commute to the hotel location
