Head Barista – Workplace Hospitality

Location: Dublin 1
Hours: Monday to Friday | Daytime Hours (No Evenings or Weekends)
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee operation within a prestigious corporate workplace in Dublin 1.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service while leading and developing a small team in a high-end hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop the barista team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees.
Take ownership of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and customers, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Manage stock levels, ordering and wastage to ensure efficient operation.
Train and coach team members on coffee quality, customer service and company standards.
Ensure all food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures are followed.
Support hospitality and workplace events when required.
Drive sales through seasonal offers, promotions and exceptional customer engagement.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience as a Senior or Head Barista.
Has excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and specialty coffee.
Is passionate about coffee, hospitality and customer service.
Has experience leading, training and inspiring a team.
Is organised, proactive and able to work independently.
Has strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Thrives in a premium hospitality environment.
Holds Food Safety/HACCP certification (desirable).
