About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee operation within a prestigious corporate workplace in Dublin 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the barista team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees.
- Take ownership of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and customers, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage stock levels, ordering and wastage to ensure efficient operation.
- Train and coach team members on coffee quality, customer service and company standards.
- Ensure all food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures are followed.
- Support hospitality and workplace events when required.
- Drive sales through seasonal offers, promotions and exceptional customer engagement.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Senior or Head Barista.
- Has excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and specialty coffee.
- Is passionate about coffee, hospitality and customer service.
- Has experience leading, training and inspiring a team.
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Has strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Thrives in a premium hospitality environment.
- Holds Food Safety/HACCP certification (desirable).
