Full job description

The Savoy 5-Star Hotel is looking for a welcoming, professional, and guest-focused Front Office Associate/Receptionist to become an integral part of our hospitality team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences by providing outstanding service throughout every stage of the guest journey, from a warm arrival to a seamless departure. The ideal candidate is highly organised, approachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Front Office Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and guest requests.
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure all personal information is handled confidentially.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor room availability and assist with room allocation and upgrades when required.
Handle guest complaints and concerns calmly, providing effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Complete daily reception tasks, reports, and handover notes accurately.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and customer service standards.
Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure efficient front office operations.
