Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

The Marketing and Communications Executive is responsible for supporting and executing both external and internal communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and foster a connected and informed workplace. This role involves a blend of creative content development, campaign execution, digital media management, account-based marketing (ABM) and strategic stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and External Communications:

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
Contribute ideas for campaign creative and messaging.
Develop, write, and edit engaging content for external platforms, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, and email newsletters.
Manage and maintain Entegro’s public-facing social media profiles, monitor engagement, and respond to engagement in the effective manner.
Review the websites in place and manage updating for new markets and new services.
Support website updates and manage content, ensuring all external communications align with brand guidelines.
Support and implement all Brand refreshes.
Create and maintain product cards, product sheets, and service descriptions to support sales and customer understanding
Contribute to ABM activities by developing tailored content for priority accounts

Internal Communications:

Support the development and execution of an internal communication strategy to keep employees informed and engaged.
Create and distribute compelling content for internal channels, such as company-wide emails, newsletters, and intranet announcements.
Act as the guardian of Entegro’s tone of voice, ensuring all internal communications are clear, consistent, and fully aligned with our goals and values.
Work with various departments to gather information and help communicate key internal initiatives, and company news.
Assist Entegro in the promotion of internal events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
Help ensure that internal messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the Entegro’s goals and values.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on the all marketing and communication performance.
Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with industry and internal communication trends.
Assist in preparing performance reports and presentations for senior team leads.

Skills required

What You’ll Need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years + of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or a similar role. Experience with both external and internal communication is highly beneficial. Exposure to ABM programs is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in a range of social media platforms and management tools.
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Language Skills: French, Spanish or other European Languages are a plus for supporting multi-market communications
