The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive Irish owned technology company and work directly with an experienced team as we build our go-to-market engine.
You'll initially focus on marketing, content and growth, helping us build awareness, generate demand and establish EVRA as the leading corporate events platform in Ireland. As the business grows, you'll transition into outbound sales and commercial development, helping us acquire customers and build a repeatable sales process.

What You'll DoMarketing & Growth (Months 1–6)
● Manage EVRA's social media presence and content calendar
● Create and publish SEO and AEO-focused content using AI tools
● Build awareness through LinkedIn, newsletters and thought leadership content
● Manage CRM campaigns, customer communications and email marketing
● Launch referral and customer acquisition initiatives
● Monitor website and campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
● Support vendor acquisition and activation campaigns
● Test, learn and optimise new growth channels
Sales & Commercial Development (From Month 6)
● Identify and prospect target companies across Ireland
● Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone
● Manage pipeline activity and customer engagement within the CRM
● Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the wider GTM team
● Help develop EVRA's sales processes and playbooks
● Support proposals, presentations and customer onboarding
● Contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition targets
What We're Looking For
● Experience in a direct sales, business development, communications or marketing coordination role.
● Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital analytics tools.
● Comfortable creating content and managing social media channels
● Strong interest in AI, marketing and sales
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Organised, proactive and able to work independently
● Commercial mindset with a willingness to learn outbound sales
● Highly ambitious and excited by the opportunity
● Curious, adaptable and eager to learn quickly

Location
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Dublin city centre.
