Used Car Sales Manager (2 Positions)About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Used Car Sales Managers to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for used vehicle sales, customer relationship management, sales promotion activities, contract management, and supporting after-sales services.
Salary:
- €40,000 Basic
- OTE €60,000–€80,000+
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve vehicle sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Promote and market used vehicles through various sales and marketing activities.
- Negotiate and complete vehicle sales transactions.
- Prepare and manage vehicle sales contracts and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic customer and sales records.
- Provide basic after-sales support and customer follow-up.
- Work closely with colleagues to support business growth and team performance.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above / Extensive experience can be considered.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in used car sales in Ireland.
- Proven track record of achieving strong sales results.
- Experience in marketing and promotional activities.
- Experience preparing and managing vehicle sales contracts.
- Experience using electronic filing and record management systems.
- Basic after-sales customer service experience.
- Full valid driving licence and practical driving experience.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous team leadership or management experience.
Salary and Benefits
- €50,000 – €60,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission on vehicle sales.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Annual leave and public holidays in accordance with Irish employment legislation.
