Showroom Host / Customer Contact Administrator (Job Share)

Location: Western Motors Drogheda
Hours: Thursday to Wednesday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm (Job Share)

About the Role

Western Motors Drogheda is currently seeking a friendly, professional and customer-focused Showroom Host / Customer Contact Administrator to join our team in a job-share position.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, both face to face and over the phone, while also taking pride in keeping things organised behind the scenes. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy variety in your day, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll be the face and voice of Western Motors, supporting both our Sales and Aftersales teams through a combination of customer service, telephone support and administrative duties.

Working Hours

This is a job-share position working:

Thursday & Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking regular part-time hours while being part of one of Ireland's leading motor retail groups.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all customers and visitors.
Act as the first point of contact in the showroom and on the telephone.
Answer, manage and direct inbound calls and messages efficiently and courteously.
Make outbound customer calls including service reminders, booking confirmations and customer follow-ups.
Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout all customer-facing areas.
Support the Business Development Centre (BDC) with customer communications, campaigns and CRM updates.
Carry out a variety of administrative duties including post, stationery and office supply ordering, uploading documentation and maintaining records.
Ensure accuracy, attention to detail and excellent follow-through in all customer and administrative tasks.
Contribute positively to our customer-focused culture and continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Is naturally friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people.
Enjoys working in customer service, reception or customer contact roles.
Communicates clearly and professionally both face to face and over the phone.
Is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail.
Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Is comfortable using computer systems, telephony and CRM software (full training will be provided).
Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
