Front-of-House Office Administrator / Receptionist

Bluebird Care Dublin South — Dundrum, Dublin €35,000 per annum | Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

About Us

Bluebird Care Dublin South is one of Ireland's leading home care providers, delivering high-quality care and support to people in their own homes across South Dublin. Our office in Dundrum is a busy, friendly hub where our care team, clients, and their families all come together — and we're looking for the right person to be the welcoming face at the front of it.

The Role

We're recruiting a Front-of-House Office Administrator / Receptionist for our Dundrum office. You'll be the first person our visitors, carers, clients, and families meet when they walk through the door or call the office, and you'll look after the general day-to-day running of the office — keeping everything stocked, organised, and ticking over so the rest of the team can focus on delivering great care.

The right person will be the welcoming heart of the office — someone who keeps things running, keeps things organised, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for the office — welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to queries with warmth and professionalism
Looking after the general day-to-day operations of the office
Making sure office supplies are stocked and up to date, and ordering whatever's needed
Keeping the office, reception area, and meeting rooms presentable and organised
General administration: correspondence, data entry, filing, post, and deliveries
Keeping records and paperwork accurate and up to date
Lending a hand wherever it's needed — no two days are the same

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, administration, or office support role
A warm, welcoming manner — you'll set the tone for everyone who contacts or visits us
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person
Confident with IT — comfortable with email, Microsoft Office, and learning new systems
Someone reliable and proactive who spots what needs doing and gets on with it
Discretion and professionalism — you'll be handling sensitive information in a healthcare setting
Experience in home care or healthcare is a bonus, but not essential

What We Offer

Salary of €35,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm — no evenings, no weekends
A permanent, full-time role in a supportive and friendly team
An office based in Dundrum, with excellent transport links (Luas, bus routes, and the Dundrum Town Centre on your doorstep)
