We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and creative Social Media Video Creator & On-Camera Talent to become the face and voice of our dental practice online. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) to help humanise our practice, educate patients, and grow our local community presence. The ideal candidate loves being in front of the camera, knows how to spot social media trends, and can independently shoot and edit high-quality mobile videos. You do not need a dental background, but you must have a contagious smile and a warm, approachable personality!
Key Responsibilities
- On-Camera Performance: Act as the primary presenter in our social media videos. Host office tours, interview our dental team, and deliver fun, educational dental tips.
- Content Creation & Production: Brainstorm, script, film, and edit 3–5 high-quality short-form videos per week using a smartphone or basic vlogging gear.
- Trend Spotting: Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends, audio tracks, and formats, adapting them creatively to fit a dental healthcare setting.
- Patient & Staff Collaboration: Comfortably collaborate with our dentists, hygienists, and consenting patients to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes moments.
- Basic Compliance: Ensure all video content maintains a professional, ethical tone and respects patient privacy laws (HIPAA/GDPR compliance).
Requirements & Qualifications
- On-Camera Confidence: Proven experience appearing in videos (please provide a portfolio, TikTok/Reels links, or a video introduction).
- Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Instagram and TikTok algorithms, hook strategies, and trending audio.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a welcoming, empathetic, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work on-site at our clinic to film content regularly.
