The opportunity
This is your chance to lead transformative finance initiatives at EY. As part of our Finance Transformation team, you’ll help clients build agile, business-focused finance functions that deliver real value. You’ll work across a range of service offerings—from agile finance and performance management to global business services and digital finance strategy—helping clients navigate change and unlock new opportunities.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver finance transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on finance operations, technologies, and trends.
- Manage and mentor diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to client challenges.
Skills and attributes for Success
- Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and transformation technologies.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence C-suite decisions.
- Experience leading full lifecycle transformation projects.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, sustainable solutions to complex problems.
Ideally, You’ll also have
- Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, PMP or Prince2.
- Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments.
- Familiarity with analytics, automation, and digital finance tools.
