About the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel

The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel is a landmark 4-star hotel with an unbeatable location in the heart of the medieval city, overlooking the historic Kilkenny Castle and the vibrant streets of the iconic Marble City.

A cornerstone of Kilkenny’s hospitality for over 20 years, this contemporary city-centre hotel comprises 118 elegant bedrooms and suites offering an immersive urban experience, with views of the bustling streetscape, our quiet courtyard, or the city’s historic medieval spires.

Role and Responsibilities:

Cleaning Hotel bedrooms to company standards
Maintaining standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in your assigned bedrooms, corridors and public areas.
Ensure stocks of bathroom and bedrooms items are replenished to correct standards.
To report any defects found in the bedroom, corridors or public areas to the supervisor or manager.

About The Role

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of one years experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Standards driven and detail-orientated
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Flexible with regards to working hours
