We now have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

Main Duties:

Providing an excellent customer service experience to all clients
Usage of Opera Cloud Front Office System
Working as part of the Front Office Team (reception, reservations and guest relations)
Day to day running of the Reception Desk and switchboard
Processes reservations, cancellations and modifications promptly
Up sell Hotel Packages & amenities
Understanding the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
Ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficiently
Professional and prompt check in and checkout of guests
To comply with the hotel policy in relation to cash handling and the billing/credit policy of the hotel

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and have positive attitude
Passionate about hospitality and excellent service
Flexible with hours/ own Transport
Will have previous experience in a similar role in a 4 star hotel
Be an excellent communicator, have fluent English and have a very high standard of personal presentation
