Rennova Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Clinic Receptionist to join our growing team.
If you have previous experience working in an aesthetic clinic, beauty salon or a similar customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and providing outstanding customer service
- Managing appointments and clinic diaries using booking system
- Answering phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media enquiries
- Booking appointments and processing deposits and payments
- Rebooking clients and helping maintain a full appointment diary
- Recommending and selling professional skincare products
- Assisting clients with treatment information and general enquiries
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily workflow
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, updating client information, organising documents and supporting daily clinic operations
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Assisting with stock management and retail displays
- Supporting with basic inventory checks and supplier-related administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception area clean, organised and welcoming
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Previous experience as a receptionist in an aesthetic clinic, beauty salon, medical or dental practice
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and well-presented
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident using computers and booking systems
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of skincare or aesthetic treatments
