Full job description

At BESTSELLER, we are passionate about creating great fashion and even better workplaces. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR People Administrator to support our HR function across Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional administrative support while helping to deliver a positive employee experience.

The HR People Administrator will provide day-to-day HR and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and efficient HR processes

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare contracts, offer letters, probation documentation, and employment-related correspondence.
Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews,screening, and onboarding new hires.
Coordinate employee induction and onboarding processes.
Maintain HR systems and personnel files.
Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits administration.
Monitor annual leave, absence, and other employee records.
Support managers and employees with HR queries.
Assist with performance review and probation processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Irish employment legislation.
Generate HR reports and maintain employee data.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellbeing programmes
Fleet and related management
Office facilities coordinator
Local IT support -
Digitally minded with excellent IT skills and a keen interest in improving processes through technology.

About You

Previous HR administration experience preferred.
HR qualification or currently studying towards a CIPD or HR-related qualification desirable.
Excellent organisational and administration skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, Teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
