Role
The key function of the HR Manager role is to provide full range of HR support to
our internal stakeholders, providing a high-quality service that is efficient, timely
and expert.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the full employee life cycle
- Drive high-volume recruitment and selection
- Conduct extensive pre-employment checks in line with government requirements
- Complete full onboarding including induction training
- Identify & design learning and development initiatives
- Support engagement and retention strategies
- Drive performance management processes & annual review cycle
- Employee relations management including grievances, investigations and disciplinaries to satisfactory conclusion.
- Consistently review policies and procedures in line with current legislation
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Generate monthly HR analytics to inform business decisions
- Support with HR administrative activities such as contracts, addendums, new starter documents & employee letter/ form requests
- Participate in the development/ improvement of HR processes & systems
- Liaise effectively with payroll ensuring all changes reflect accurately
Personal Specifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management
- CIPD membership desirable
- 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, progressive generalist HR role
- Broad knowledge of HR such as policies, procedures & employee relations
- Experience in high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Previous experience of HR systems, BrightHR desirable
- Previous experience of managing internal investigations compliantly
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong People Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates and colleagues & external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, ability to effectivelly prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with upmost discretion
- Tech Proficiency: Super user of HR software, Microsoft Office applications & internal communication systems
- Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland
- Full clean driving license with means of transport
Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
