We're looking for a Payroll Associate to deliver accurate, timely payroll services while building trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.

You'll work collaboratively with experienced colleagues, develop your technical expertise, and stay at the forefront of payroll legislation in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients using Europay.
Deliver accurate payrolls to agreed deadlines, including pensions and statutory payments.
Create payroll bank files and ensure Revenue and auto-enrolment compliance.
Respond professionally to payroll queries from clients and stakeholders.
Peer review payrolls to maintain exceptional accuracy.
Work closely with payroll colleagues and wider Azets teams.
Keep up to date with payroll legislation through training and self-development.
Support ad hoc payroll administration as required.

Skills & Experience

IPASS qualified.
1-2 years' payroll experience, ideally within a bureau or service-led environment.
End-to-end payroll processing experience, including pensions and statutory payments.
Knowledge of payroll legislation, Revenue requirements and auto-enrolment.
Europay experience is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manually calculate payroll when required.
