Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Match purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes.

Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs.

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Maintain accurate supplier records and respond to vendor queries.

Assist with month-end close, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Payroll
-
Assist in the preparation and processing of weekly and/or monthly payroll.

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.

Maintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes.

Process statutory payments, pensions, and payroll deductions.

Support compliance with Irish payroll legislation, Revenue reporting, and PAYE Modernisation requirements.

Liaise with HR regarding payroll-related changes and employee queries.
About You:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Previous payroll processing or payroll administration experience within Ireland.
Knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, Revenue reporting, PAYE, PRSI, USC, pensions, and statutory leave payments.
Experience using accounting and payroll software.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
