Irish company based in Rathcoole with 70+ employees seeking a full time Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator to join the Finance team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the finance department, managing end to end the accounts’ payable function, and the weekly wages. This role will work closely with the Financial Accountant, and report to the Financial Controller.
The role is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work with a leading machinery dealership in Ireland.
Full time role – Office based
Salary will be commensurate with experience
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in an Accounts Payable role
Payroll experience essential (Sage an advantage)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mature, reliable & hard-working
Pro-active, attention to detail & good organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Key supplier accounts
End to End Purchase Ledger, including but not limited to,
Processing supplier invoices
Responsible for all supplier and non-supplier payments
Reconciling all supplier statements
End to end weekly payroll, including but not limited to,
Processing and payment of weekly payroll approx. 42 employees
Processing and paying the weekly and monthly expenses
Manage petty cash
Preparing year end accruals list of outstanding supplier invoices
Assistance with annual audit
Other ad hoc duties that arise
