We're looking for a Payroll Associate to deliver accurate, timely payroll services while building trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
You'll work collaboratively with experienced colleagues, develop your technical expertise, and stay at the forefront of payroll legislation in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients using Europay.
- Deliver accurate payrolls to agreed deadlines, including pensions and statutory payments.
- Create payroll bank files and ensure Revenue and auto-enrolment compliance.
- Respond professionally to payroll queries from clients and stakeholders.
- Peer review payrolls to maintain exceptional accuracy.
- Work closely with payroll colleagues and wider Azets teams.
- Keep up to date with payroll legislation through training and self-development.
- Support ad hoc payroll administration as required.
- IPASS qualified.
- 1-2 years' payroll experience, ideally within a bureau or service-led environment.
- End-to-end payroll processing experience, including pensions and statutory payments.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, Revenue requirements and auto-enrolment.
- Europay experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manually calculate payroll when required.
