Join a passionate, growing kitchen team in the heart of Wexford. We are recruiting skilled and motivated Bakers, Pastry Chefs, Senior Chefs, and Kitchen Porters to support our busy, high‑quality kitchens in Franks Place Cafe and Green Acres restaurant. We are also assembling a dedicated team for our new bakery venture, located in Wexford town.

If you’re passionate about quality ingredients, committed to consistency, and thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you across all these work opportunities, bakery, pastry, senior chef and kitchen porter roles.

Bakers & Pastry Chefs – Key Responsibilities

Produce high‑quality breads, pastries, desserts, and cakes
Follow recipes and production schedules with accuracy
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and equipment
Manage stock levels of ingredients and supplies
Contribute to new recipe development when required

Senior Chef – Key Responsibilities

Minimum two years’ experience in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of food preparation, HACCP, and kitchen procedures
Maintain high standards of consistency and attention to detail
Lead, support, and motivate the kitchen team
Excellent organisational and communication skills

Kitchen Porters – Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Support chefs with basic food prep when required
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
Assist with deliveries, storage, and waste management

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
