Full job description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Highway Safety Developments Ltd., is currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. The role is a permanent full-time contract, full training, and on-going support, will be provided by our existing experienced sales team.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, ideally within the manufacturing sector or business to business.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration: Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals for clients. Process orders from enquiry to order received by phone, email and web enquiry and ensure timely delivery of products.
Sales Support: Timely communications with client enquiries, ensuring that all enquiries are processed efficiently and in a professional manner and provide necessary information on products, services, and delivery times. Follow up with clients regarding orders and provide post-sales support. Manage and process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in line with company policies.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and manage sales reports, tracking sales leads, and performance.
Customer Interaction: Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored signage solutions.
Collaborate: Work alongside the production and design teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution to ensure orders are completed on time.
