Social Media Content Creator (with Executive Assistant Responsibilities)
Location: Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny
Sanctuary is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised, and creative Social Media Content Creator/Executive Assistant to join our team in Thomastown.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation. This role will focus on implementing new content ideas across all social media accounts while serving as an executive assistant to our founder. You'll play a key role in growing Sanctuary's online presence while also providing executive support to our founder, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media, and supporting meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Plan and coordinate content in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and our in-house Videographer.
- Capture day-to-day life at Sanctuary through photography and short-form video for social media.
- Create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels and other content that reflects the spirit and values of Sanctuary.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices to help grow our online community.
- Assist with content scheduling and campaign planning.
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the founder.
- Manage the founder's diary, appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate communications with internal teams, visitors and external contacts.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting preparation and general administrative tasks.
- Help ensure priorities are managed efficiently and confidentially.
About You
You are someone who:
- Has at least 3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation, preferably in the well-being, spirituality, or events industry.
- Is highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Is creative, proactive and able to take initiative.
- Can switch comfortably between creative work and administrative responsibilities.
- Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Has excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
