Full job description

Office Operations Supervisor

Based in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Must Do Training is a leading provider of high-quality, mandatory health & safety training for the construction industry.

We are seeking an organised, motivated, and people-focused Supervisor to support the day to day running of our office operations.

This is a busy role within a small team, combining administration, client interaction and supervision of administrative staff. The successful candidate will be a multi-tasker with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule training courses and instructors
Liaise with clients, trainees, and trainers
Manage bookings, training records, certifications, and course documentation
Provide excellent customer service and respond to emails & calls promptly
Support the smooth day-to-day running of training operations
Work closely with management to ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained
Build & maintain strong client relationships
Play a lead role in transitioning our manual workflows into automated systems to support our continued growth
Supervise administrators & manage workflows

Requirements

A business degree or equivalent qualification
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and customer service skills
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems

Desirable Experience

Previous Supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or a similar fast-paced environment
Experience dealing with customers and coordinating schedules or operations
