Post Office Manager
Lead the day-to-day retail and financial operations of a post office within the An Post network, ensuring strong commercial performance, operational compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive branch revenue by meeting targets across financial services, retail products, foreign exchange, and bill payments
- Lead, manage, train, and coach clerical staff and counter agents, including implementing attendance and support procedures
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Health and Safety requirements, internal audit standards, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines
- Manage branch financial controls, including cash balancing, safe management, daily accounting, and reporting practices
- Resolve escalated customer queries and maintain a high standard of front-of-house service
Pay: From €17.00 per hour
