Office Operations Supervisor
Based in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Must Do Training is a leading provider of high-quality, mandatory health & safety training for the construction industry.
We are seeking an organised, motivated, and people-focused Supervisor to support the day to day running of our office operations.
This is a busy role within a small team, combining administration, client interaction and supervision of administrative staff. The successful candidate will be a multi-tasker with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training courses and instructors
- Liaise with clients, trainees, and trainers
- Manage bookings, training records, certifications, and course documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to emails & calls promptly
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of training operations
- Work closely with management to ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained
- Build & maintain strong client relationships
- Play a lead role in transitioning our manual workflows into automated systems to support our continued growth
- Supervise administrators & manage workflows
Requirements
- A business degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
Desirable Experience
- Previous Supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience dealing with customers and coordinating schedules or operations
