Job Title: CRM & Membership Coordinator

Location: Shannon Swimming & Leisure Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic CRM & Membership Coordinator to manage and optimise our Legend Membership Management CRM system, driving membership engagement, retention, and marketing initiatives. This role will focus on both individual and corporate memberships, ensuring seamless renewals, strategic marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with corporate clients to grow our membership base. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical CRM expertise, marketing acumen, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management & System Optimization

Oversee the Legend Membership CRM system, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement new system features to enhance business effectiveness.
Liaise with Legend support for updates, troubleshooting, and feature requests.
Train team members on best practices and new functionalities within the CRM.

Corporate Account Management & Business Development

Manage and expand corporate membership accounts by building and maintaining client relationships.
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to attract new business clients.
Collaborate with marketing to create tailored corporate membership packages and promotional campaigns.
Track and analyse corporate membership performance, providing actionable insights.
Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote corporate memberships.

Membership Retention & Renewals

Follow up with non-renewing members to encourage re-engagement.
Implement automated workflows for renewal reminders and member engagement.
Monitor and improve retention rates through proactive communication and targeted offers.
Develop strategies for member engagement, including loyalty rewards and community events.

Marketing & Campaign Management

Design and execute marketing plans to attract and retain members.
Create targeted email campaigns and automated workflows to enhance engagement.
Analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise strategies.
Collaborate with corporate clients to develop co-branded marketing initiatives.

Swimming Lesson Management

Oversee swimming lesson renewals and manage new bookings.
Ensure accurate scheduling and seamless communication with Pool and Dry Side Duty Manager's and members.
Develop initiatives to increase swimming lesson enrollments.

Sales, Membership & Performance Reporting

Generate, analyse, and present reports on sales, memberships, and marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance member engagement and revenue growth.
Develop and maintain procedures for consistent and accurate reporting.
Identify new revenue opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Technical Proficiency & System Knowledge

Maintain high proficiency in CRM operations, ensuring system efficiency.
Create and refine procedures for data management and reporting.
Stay updated on software developments and industry trends.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
Utilise data analysis tools to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong CRM knowledge (Legend CRM or similar experience preferred).
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Proven experience in corporate sales and account management.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and campaign management.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and reporting.
Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Marketing Qualification
Business Administration Qualification.
Experience in a similar role.

Membership engagement and retention strategies.
Data-driven marketing and performance analysis.
