Chef | Lisdoonvarna

We’ve just opened the doors to The Hydro Hotel under new ownership, and we’re looking for Chefs to join us on the journey from the very beginning.

This is a chance to be part of shaping a new kitchen, a new team, and a new dining experience from day one. It’s exciting, creative, sometimes challenging — and full of opportunity for the right people.

We’re honest about where we are: this is a new opening, and we’re still building, learning, and evolving together. We’re looking for chefs who enjoy that environment — people who are passionate about food, adaptable, collaborative, and excited to help create something special.

About the Role

As part of our kitchen team, you’ll help deliver food that is thoughtful, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable for our guests.

You’ll work across daily service, breakfast, the coffee dock, dinner, and events, contributing ideas, maintaining standards, and supporting the wider team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role where attitude and teamwork matter just as much as technical ability.

What We’re Looking For

Have previous experience working in a professional kitchen
Are passionate about food, hospitality, and guest experience
Work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Are organised, reliable, and team-focused

Want to grow with a new hotel and be part of building something from the ground up
