Donnellys of Barna are currently recruiting a HEAD CHEF to lead the kitchen team in our busy Restaurant & Bar in Barna Village. This is a full time, hands-on leadership position requiring a hard-working, commercially aware, experienced Chef with proven team leadership, kitchen management, menu development, budgeting and food safety experience.
The Head Chef will manage a safe, clean and organized kitchen and work collaboratively with the General Manager to continually develop the success of Donnellys of Barna, through the provision of top quality food offerings that provide a first class culinary experience for our guests.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Senior Sous or Head Chef role within a busy kitchen environment. They must have a can-do attitude and a proven track record of consistency delivering high quality, cost effective food offerings. Current HACCP certification and a Culinary Food Qualification are essential.
