We are looking for an experienced chef who enjoys working with a variety of different cuisines. Located along the river Inagh in the vibrant town of Ennistymon we serve Neapolitan pizza as well as a regularly changing global street food kitchen.

What We Are Looking For:
- Preparing and executing our food menus
- Maintaining high standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance across all services.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable health codes and regulations (HACCP).
- Establishing and following maintenance and cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment, storage, and work areas.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices, particularly with classic Irish and country house fare.
- Experience working in a busy kitchen environment, managing both breakfast and evening services.
- Understanding of health and sanitation laws; HACCP level 1 and 2 valid.
- Excellent knife-handling skills and ability to work clean and tidy.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic – we value these over years of experience.
- Flexibility to work with different menus and event settings (from casual dining to weddings).
- Have 2 work references we can check.
- Minimum 2 years experience required, working with pizzas a bonus.
