Chef de Partie (Grill Cook) – Full Time

Silken Thomas

Location: Kildare Town, Co. Kildare
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €36,605–€38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 39 hours per week

The Silken Thomas is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (Grill Cook) to join our busy kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking dishes on the grill section to a high standard
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures
Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
Working effectively as part of a fast-paced kitchen team

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Experience working on a grill section in a busy kitchen environment
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
