Plúr Woodfired Pizza is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Pizza Chef to join our growing team across our Naas and Clane locations in Co. Kildare.

Salary
€34,000 – €38,000 per year
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and responsibilities, and will be discussed during the interview and trial process.

The Role
Working closely with our Executive Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchens, ensuring exceptional food standards, smooth service, and strong kitchen leadership.
This position involves working across both our Naas and Clane locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading kitchen operations during service
- Preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to Plúr standards
- Managing food ordering and stock control
- Maintaining food cost and waste targets
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
- Training and supporting junior kitchen team members
- Ensuring HACCP and food safety standards are consistently met
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Working closely with management to improve systems and service standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Senior Pizza Chef, or Sous Chef
- Strong experience with dough preparation, fermentation, and woodfired ovens
- Confidence leading a kitchen during busy service periods
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- HACCP certification
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
