We specialise in age-prevention & restorative non-invasive treatments, including but not limited to; Botox, Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Thread lifts, and more. YOUR NEW ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who is just as passionate about our patient-focused approach as we are, and who can really align themselves with our company values of Empathy, Integrity, Innovation & Timelessness.

This position will be Full-time, working c.42 hours per week and you’ll be based at our beautiful, modern clinics in Cork.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out a full consultation, discussing benefits and risk assessment of treatment procedures
In line with medical protocols, be responsible for patient care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments to ensure the best outcome for the patient
Formulate and administer treatment plans that are suitable for the patient in line with medical protocols including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, thread lifts, and more
Review patients post treatment as required
Keep up to date with medical developments and treatments
Take part and provide professional training when required
Ensure best practice is adhered to at all times for patient care
Ensure that a high-quality service is provided to all our patients
Be proactive in identifying and implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction
Be passionate about helping people to achieve greater confidence through better skin
Participate in Clinic events and presentations, as well as demonstrating old and new treatments/procedures

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Apart from being a qualified Nurse, holding NMBI registration, you’ll need some special skills to join Sisu as our next Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner superstar!

Ideally, you’ll be:

Patient focused with an empathetic approach to patient care
Committed to continuous development and improvement
Interested in Aesthetic Medicine, (primarily Botox and dermal fillers)
A team player, with an excellent attitude towards your work
Friendly and personable, with the ability to build relationships easily
Able to work on your own initiative, but knowing when to escalate issues or concerns to ensure our patients safety, always
Full driving licence and own vehicle required

Base salary €45,000. With additional annual performance based bonus of up to 30% of base salary, and monthly incentive. Full package of between €70,000-80,000 including bonus & monthly commission structure.
Extensive onboarding – 6-day training with our partner in London, with full certification and accreditation received
Further shadowing & training days with our experienced Medical Directors.
Regular training including new treatment/product training & annual ‘Sisu-Summits’!
