Morris21 Casinos is a well established casino and amusement company with nine locations throughout the country. We are one of Ireland’s leading Casino and Amusement operators. We are currently seeking a Casino Cashier attendant to join our team. We provide a modern gaming experience for our customers by providing the best in class gaming machines, loyalty program and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Supervise and coordinate floor operations
Monitor games and ensure casino rules, procedures, and gaming regulations are followed.
Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes professionally.
Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Work closely with Security, Surveillance, Cashier Casino Management.
Complete reports concerning incidents, disputes, irregularities, and operational issues.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure gaming areas are properly prepared.
Processing player winnings- strong knowledge of excel is an advantage.
Cash handing & data entry to ensure accurate records.

Skills Required- Strong numeracy skills required, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills required.

Attributes - Trustworthiness, honesty and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Experience- Previous experience in a similar cash handling or customer service role a bonus. Must be proficient in the use of computers to include Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

Contract Term- Full and Part-Time positions available.

PRIMARILY NIGHT SHIFT WORK. Hours = 5pm-2am

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
