We are currently seeking a Casino Cashier attendant to join our team. We provide a modern gaming experience for our customers by providing the best in class gaming machines, loyalty program and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate floor operations
- Monitor games and ensure casino rules, procedures, and gaming regulations are followed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes professionally.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Work closely with Security, Surveillance, Cashier Casino Management.
- Complete reports concerning incidents, disputes, irregularities, and operational issues.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure gaming areas are properly prepared.
- Processing player winnings- strong knowledge of excel is an advantage.
- Cash handing & data entry to ensure accurate records.
Skills Required- Strong numeracy skills required, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills required.
Attributes - Trustworthiness, honesty and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Experience- Previous experience in a similar cash handling or customer service role a bonus. Must be proficient in the use of computers to include Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
Contract Term- Full and Part-Time positions available.
PRIMARILY NIGHT SHIFT WORK. Hours = 5pm-2am
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
