Field Sales Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time - 12/18 month contract

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

This is a field-based B2B sales role suited to someone who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, developing strong commercial relationships and generating new business in a fast-paced and highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop sales within a designated territory.
Meet prospective B2B customers face-to-face to generate new business.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Present and promote our products, pricing, special offers and key benefits.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Handle customer queries, concerns and sales objections professionally.
Manage customer follow-ups, reminders and next actions through the CRM system to ensure opportunities are followed through appropriately.
Keep customer records, sales notes and opportunity information accurate and up to date at all times.
Use the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline and provide visibility of current prospects, follow-ups and potential sales.
Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers to maximise sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in field-based sales is preferred.
Door-to-door, direct sales or B2B sales experience would be a strong advantage.
Experience using a CRM or sales management system is desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Confident approaching new customers and generating business from cold leads.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively.
Highly motivated, competitive and target-driven.
Strong attention to detail when maintaining customer and sales records.
Full valid driving licence required.
