Field Sales Representative

Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. We need someone who thrives on building relationships and hitting targets in a a very competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a designated territory, meeting potential clients face-to-face to generate new sales (B2B)
- Represent our brand and products effectively, including special offers and benefits
- Gather customer information accurately and input data into our systems
- Cultivate customer relationships and address any concerns or objections
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in field-based sales, particularly door-to-door sales, is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for sales, uncapped commission available
- A valid driver's license
Additional Information:
- Base salary to be negotiated based on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure in place
- Company car and fuel card provided
- Full-time position with immediate start required
