At Grayling Properties, we’re changing the way people experience renting in Dublin.

Our modern co-living communities take the stress out of renting, giving residents a beautifully designed, well-managed place to live, connect and unwind. Located in central Dublin, our buildings offer easy access to transport, cafés, restaurants, gyms and everything the city has to offer.

We’re looking for a Receptionist & Concierge Team Member to join our team and be one of the friendly faces residents know and rely on every day.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the resident experience, acting as a key point of contact for residents, guests and contractors while helping the building run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a consistently excellent, resident-focused experience.
Building positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
Managing day-to-day activity through the Residents App, including amenity bookings, maintenance queries, parcel deliveries and communications.
Welcoming new residents and helping them settle into the building and community.
Managing resident and visitor access, including key fobs and mobile access technology.
Managing mail and parcel deliveries.
Supporting resident engagement through online forums, noticeboards and community groups.
Helping organise and host resident events, fitness classes, book clubs, networking events and other community activities.
Managing bookings and day-to-day use of communal amenities, including resident lounges and the gym.
Carrying out regular building checks to ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard and identifying any cleaning, maintenance, safety or operational issues.
Supporting the Property Manager with resident queries, complaints and maintenance requests, ensuring issues are handled proactively and professionally.
Working with the lettings and property management teams to deliver a smooth move-in and move-out experience.
Regularly engaging with residents and gathering feedback to identify opportunities to improve the resident experience.
Supporting contractors and managing contractor sign-in procedures.
Completing general administration and maintaining accurate records.
Working closely with the Property Manager and wider team to ensure the building operates to a consistently high standard.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You’ll ideally have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A naturally warm and approachable personality.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership.
The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, hotels, property, residential or another service-led environment is an advantage.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Reception or Concierge experience is an advantage, but the right attitude is just as important as experience.

Working Hours

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 3:00pm–11:00pm

Location: Dublin City
Work arrangement: In person
