As a Car Valet Parker, you will play an important role in creating a warm and seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. You will be one of the first and last members of our team that guests interact with, making your professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail essential.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming, greeting and engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner

Parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles safely and efficiently
-
Delivering, retrieving and securely storing guests’ belongings, including luggage and personal items
-
Assisting with the movement of guest belongings between vehicles, luggage storage and guest rooms
-
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming front-of-house environment
-
Liaising professionally with chauffeurs, taxi drivers, tour guides and couriers
-
Keeping the hotel entrance and front-of-house areas organised and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic
-
Managing items left for collection and ensuring they are handled appropriately
-
Providing assistance to guests and colleagues wherever required to maintain our high standards of service
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in providing excellent service and enjoys interacting with guests.

Have a full, clean driving licence and confidence driving and parking a range of vehicles
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, concierge, valet or customer-facing environment would be an advantage, but we are also interested in candidates who can demonstrate the right attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
Shift work and flexibility are essential for this position.
