Nature’s Best Ltd is a leading Irish manufacturer of fresh salads and chilled convenience foods, based in Drogheda, Co. Louth. As a long-established, family-run business, we are committed to producing high-quality products while fostering a supportive and team-oriented workplace.

The Role
We are currently seeking General Operatives to join our busy production facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and looking to build a long-term career in the food manufacturing industry.

You will be working as part of a team to ensure our products are produced, packed, and handled to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in the preparation, packing, and labelling of products
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in line with food safety regulations
Follow all company procedures relating to health & safety and hygiene
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets

Requirements

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
